Terms of Service

These Terms set out the agreement between you and VibePoint Studios for your use of Minuto — an AI-assisted meeting documentation platform built for audit, legal, and consulting teams. Read them in full; in plain English wherever possible.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Minuto ("the Service"), you accept these Terms in full. If you are using Minuto on behalf of a firm, you confirm that you have authority to bind that firm. If you do not accept the Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
Minuto records, transcribes, and converts spoken meetings into structured Minutes of Meeting. The Service includes speaker diarization, secure share links, task management, collaboration, and data export. Generation is metered in credits — one credit per generated MoM document.
3. Accounts & identity
You sign up with your work email and a password, or with Google. We collect your first name, last name, and country during onboarding so that we can personalize transcription defaults and address you correctly. Your password is never stored in plaintext. You agree to keep your credentials confidential and to be responsible for activity under your account.
4. Two-factor authentication
TOTP-based two-factor authentication (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy) is supported and strongly recommended. As of this version of the Terms, MFA is optional: you may enable or disable it at any time from your profile. We respect your choice — once you disable MFA, you will not be prompted to re-enroll. SMS phone verification is a separate identity-assurance feature, not a replacement for MFA.
5. Credits & billing
New accounts receive three free credits on signup. Additional credits are purchased through Lemon Squeezy (cards and supported regional methods). Credits are non-transferable, do not expire, and are tied to the account that purchased them. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not upload malicious files, attempt to bypass authorization checks, exfiltrate other users' data, abuse the credit system, scrape the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes. All form inputs are validated and sanitized; attempts to inject script or template-string payloads are blocked at the API layer. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practicable.
7. Your data
Meeting transcripts, MoMs, and audio metadata are encrypted at the application layer with AES-256-GCM before being stored. Audio files live in private storage with row-level access policies. We process the minimum personal data needed to run the Service. The full picture is in our Privacy Policy.
8. AI-generated content
Transcription and MoM generation are produced by large language and speech models. Output may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or hallucinated facts. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for client deliverables, regulatory filings, or legal proceedings.
9. Account deletion
You may schedule your account for deletion at any time. We hold your data for a 30-day grace period during which you can sign in and cancel the request. After 30 days, your profile, meetings, transcripts, MoMs, audio, and related records are irreversibly removed.
10. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant Minuto a limited licence to process your uploads solely to operate the Service. The Minuto name, logo, and product design are the property of VibePoint Studios.
11. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibePoint Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service evolves. Material changes are announced by email and in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
