What does one credit cover?
One credit covers one full meeting — transcription with speaker diarization, plus an AI-generated MoM. Editing and re-generating the MoM does not cost additional credits. Exporting an unwatermarked PDF or DOCX costs five credits to discourage casual exports of sensitive material.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Buy a pack when it suits you and use it across as many fiscal years as you need.
