Issue 01 · The Founder Story
We automate the mundane, so professionals can do the meaningful.
Minuto was born from a simple observation: the smartest professionals in audit, law, and consulting were spending the worst hours of their week typing up meeting notes. We thought a machine should do that.
The Problem
An hour of conversation, two hours of typing.
In professional services — from Big Four audit firms to boutique consultancies — the documentation of meetings is treated as an unavoidable cost of doing business. Associates routinely spend the hours after a client walkthrough painstakingly transcribing what was said, who said it, and what was decided. The work is unglamorous, easy to defer, and rarely done well under deadline.
The cost is rarely measured in dollars. It's measured in attention: the senior who can't review findings because the junior is still typing. The partner who can't sign off on an engagement because action items are buried in someone's notebook. The client who never receives a follow-up because the moment passed.
Minuto exists to reclaim those hours. Upload a recording, and within a minute you have structured minutes of meeting — agenda, decisions, action items with assignees, and a searchable transcript with speaker labels. The associate goes home. The partner gets to review. The client gets a follow-up before the day is out.
"We don't want our auditors typing. We want them thinking."
Today Minuto is in production with audit firms, consultancies, and legal practices across Southeast Asia. Every meeting processed is encrypted at rest, every share link expires, and every action is logged. The platform was built from day one to satisfy SOC 2 controls — not retrofitted to pass them.
We chose Southeast Asia deliberately. The region has a deep professional services culture, mature regulatory environments, and a generation of practitioners hungry for tools that respect both their craft and their time. We are building for them first, with the ambition to serve professionals everywhere.
The team behind Minuto is small, deliberate, and obsessed with detail. We ship weekly. We talk to users daily. We turn down feature requests that don't make a partner's life materially easier. The product is opinionated because the work is opinionated.
If you spend any part of your week documenting conversations, we built Minuto for you. Try it on your next meeting. We think you'll get the rest of your evening back.
From the masthead
What we believe
Mission
Automate the mundane so professional teams can deliver exceptional value to their clients — without burning their evenings on note-taking.
Vision
Become the meeting intelligence layer for every professional services firm in Southeast Asia — and the standard professionals everywhere recommend to one another.
The People
A small studio with big intentions.
Minuto is developed by VibePoint Studios, an independent product studio founded by Lance Delariarte. The studio operates on a simple principle: build software that you'd want to use yourself, then refuse to ship anything you wouldn't.
We are deliberately small. Decisions are made in hours, not weeks. Bugs are fixed by the people who wrote the code. Customer emails are read by the founder. We think this is how the best software has always been built.
For Investors
We're raising to scale a regional standard.
Minuto has product-market fit with audit, consulting, and legal teams across Southeast Asia. We are raising to expand our go-to-market team, deepen our compliance posture, and pursue regional category leadership. If you back vertical SaaS for the professional services industry, we'd like to talk.
